Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and driven Technical Solutions Lead to join the Client Services team. This role is ideal for a hands on technical specialist with a good architectural mindset and the ability to translate business needs into well designed, robust technical solutions.
You will be responsible for delivering, supporting and enhancing a range of workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, cloud-based services, mobility platforms, meeting room technologies, digital signage solutions, and associated support activities. The environment is high pressure with competing demands, requiring strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
- Develop functional requirements through client interactions and create functional and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Document and agree Use Cases along with any testing needs.
- Work closely with Architects for technical solutions and architecture design needs.
- Troubleshoots and debugs solution components.
- Develops a detailed appreciation of an industry / Solution family and its business requirements.
- Coordinate the flow and priority of technical deliverables within the solution family.
Modern Workplace & Cloud Technologies
- Deliver, support, and improve Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and related collaboration and security features.
- Participate in architectural discussions to shape technical direction, ensuring solutions are resilient, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
- Support identity‑related integrations, access management and compliance configurations (Intune MDM, conditional access, governance).
- Engage effectively with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions.
Meeting Rooms & AV Technology
- Deploy, support and maintain meeting‑room systems including Teams Meeting Rooms and equipment from Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Neat, and Microsoft‑certified devices.
- Troubleshoot AV incidents quickly and efficiently to minimise disruption in critical meeting environments.
- Support lifecycle management for room technology, including upgrades and new solution rollouts.
Mobility & Device Management
- Configure and support mobile device management platforms such as Intune MDM, Blackberry UEM and other enterprise MDM tools.
- Implement and maintain mobility policies, device compliance, and secure access configurations.
- Provide expert support across mobile hardware and OS platforms.
Digital Signage
- Support digital signage solutions such as Appspace, including player configuration, content publishing and governance.
- Assist business teams in deploying and maintaining dynamic content across signage endpoints.
General Technical Support
- Act as an escalation point for workplace‑technology support tickets, covering M365, AV, mobility, signage, and related platforms.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues, improve processes, and increase system reliability.
- Participate in root‑cause analysis, continuous improvement, and documentation activities.
Preferred requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-based collaboration services.
- Good understanding of modern workplace architecture principles.
- Experience with Teams Meeting Rooms and multi-vendor AV ecosystems.
- Practical experience with enterprise mobility management tools including Intune and Blackberry.
- Familiarity with digital signage platforms (Appspace or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A proactive, flexible, team-oriented mindset with strong ownership and personal drive.
