Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing technical projects in a changing industry.
- Experience with data center or network infrastructure planning, evaluation and negotiations including new region launches.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in data centers or network infrastructure, cloud computing, or technical infrastructure.
- Experience in collaborating with executive leadership with excellent communication, discussion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and cost optimization strategies for infrastructure (e.g., data center or network).
- Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud architecture, networking, power, or cooling technologies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physical assets team (e.g., data center, network) and engineering teams to identify, evaluate, and recommend optimal infrastructure solutions based on technical criteria, market conditions, and business objectives.
- Partner closely with internal cloud engineering, network, security, Finance, and legal teams, as well as external network planners, data center planners, and utility providers, to execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies.
- Analyze global cloud market trends, including hyperscale growth, hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, and demand for specific cloud services, to inform strategic infrastructure decisions.
- Translate complex technical cloud infrastructure requirements (e.g., power density, cooling, network connectivity, latency, security, compliance) into actionable specifications for infrastructure planning (e.g., data center, network).
- Develop new products where necessary to meet future infrastructure needs for Cloud and AI Expansion.
