JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Generate new sales by promoting company’s products to new customers and emerging businesses giving value-based solutions.
- Exceed monthly/quarterly/ annual sales KPI’s.
- Retain existing customers through excellent CRM measures.
- Prepare compelling and competitive proposals and presentations to attract customers.
- Propose sales strategies to increase revenue, market share and overall business growth.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting.
- Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Achieve agreed set sales targets.
- Ensure business development and expansion by fulfilling all set KPIs.
- Conduct analysis on selected trade lane verticals to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure attracting customers who are in line with trade by mapping potential customers.
- Analyse selected trade lane verticals to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct marketing research which includes sales analysis and research, statistical studies of sales by products, territories, distributors, seasons, salesmen, costs and expenses.
- Credibility checking.
- Comply with operational requirements and finance regulations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of operation.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION
6 passes with 'C' for Maths and English at the GCE O/Levels or London O/Levels AND
Minimum 2 passes for GCE A/L or successful completion of UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course with minimum 4 years’ experience OR
Bachelor’s Degree approved by UGC or Equivalent professional qualification in Business Management/Sales & Marketing with a minimum of 1 year of work experience
Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and organizing skills
