One of the pioneers in fabric manufacture, situated in Neboda - Horana, is a BOI approved company, listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange, is a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC.

South Asia Textiles Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Hayleys Fabric PLC which is a leading weft knit fabric manufacturer in Sri Lanka situated in Pugoda. 

We are looking for personnel from the Apparel/Fabric industry in the following category. Remuneration will depend on your experience and is negotiable.

Executive – Planning - PPC (Knitting)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Planning Team at South Asia Textiles Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated professionals who are passionate about production planning and eager to build their career within a progressive and innovative organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production operations to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to achieve production and delivery targets.
• Monitor order progress and ensure compliance with production plans and quality standards.
• Analyse production data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure assigned KPIs are achieved within the given timelines.

   

   

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Textile or Manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in planning tools/software such as ERP Systems, FastReact, and Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
