Senior Executive – Industrial Relations & Labour Compliance

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor and execute all aspects pertaining to the Industrial Relations and labour compliance standards of the SBU and ensure that the unit adheres to the required policies/ procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall adherence to social compliance standards, provide legal expertise and support to the SBU in order to safeguard the organization’s interests, manage the Disciplinary Management Procedure and represent the organization in public forums.
- Represent on behalf of the company for cases heard at the labour court.
- Ensure effective adherence to Social Compliance Standards through creating awareness, set-up procedures, monitor regularly and represent / defend organization's interests in any issue.
- Coordinate with EFC for all labour related matters.
- Carryout independent inquiries, draft show-cause notices, follow-up and scrutinise explanations and communicate findings to all parties concerned to ensure timely resolution/completion of all disciplinary related matters.
- Represent the company at forums, guide lawyers regarding proceedings of the inquiries when necessary, in order to ensure maximum benefit to the company.
- Revise, update relevant HR Policies & Practice and ensure alignment with applicable legal/compliance standards.
- Co-ordinate and carry-out all activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility in close liaison with relevant units in a timely manner to ensure a smooth process.
