ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Execution
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned salaried roles, ensuring positions are filled with high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and establish clear, actionable hiring plans and timelines.
- Provide regular updates, market insights, and pipeline visibility to hiring teams, enabling informed and timely hiring decisions.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach to build and sustain strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of passive talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting job content, messaging, and initiatives that enhance ADG’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer.
Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent, transparent communication and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend offer letters and support candidate communications through the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
ATS, Reporting & Process Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the ATS to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
- Manage job postings in partnership with HR, ensuring roles are effectively published, maintained, and closed.
- Track and support report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness, providing visibility into recruiting performance.
- Support job posting strategies, including sponsorship management and job board activity, to maximize candidate reach and ROI.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and partner with the team to implement solutions that increase efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Ensure recruiting activities align with company policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
TA Operations & Program Support
- Support the development and maintenance of recruiting templates, guides, and toolkits created by the TA Manager.
- Support training and onboarding initiatives for hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with ATS updates, workflows, and system enhancements as directed.
- Support reporting and data analysis efforts by maintaining accurate data and contributing insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including content development such as “day-in-the-life” and job marketing materials.
- Provide additional recruiting or operational support based on business needs and hiring priorities.
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting salaried or professional roles
- Experience managing requisitions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach methods
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS platforms
- Experience supporting employer branding or recruiting operations initiatives
- Experience working in high-growth or decentralized organizations
- Experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
