Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor, in our Legal Helpline team involves handling Personal Injury enquiries that come into the firm and you will be proactively capturing relevant information on our systems.
If successfully shortlisted, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will be sent to the email address you used to apply for this position. Subject to successful completion, you must then be available to attend our Sheffield office W/C 1st June for a final stage interview.

- Deal with and respond to telephone calls, emails and messages
- Communicate in a professional timely manner
- Carry out initial case assessments to determine the progression of a case - but don't worry we will give you all the training needed for you to be able to succeed in your role! So no previous experience is necessary.
