The role...
In this pivotal role, you will manage a
high‑value, multi‑track caseload from initial client interview through to successful resolution. You will lead complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy and sound strategic judgement, ensuring the highest standards of litigation and client care throughout.
Alongside your own caseload, this role requires
strong and proven supervision experience. You will play an active part in
supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers, providing technical guidance, oversight and support to ensure cases progress effectively and to a consistently high standard.
You will work with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a
collaborative, high‑performing team, where knowledge‑sharing and mutual support are central to success.

qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyer with a genuine desire to make their work count. You will bring:
- Proven experience managing complex clinical negligence claims
- Demonstrable supervisory experience, with the ability to support, guide and develop colleagues
- Confidence in identifying and driving key medico‑legal issues
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to exceptional client care
