Guinness Property has a new opportunity for an Area Planner to join the Operational Support team in Havant on 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the successful candidate will provide an effective planning service for our trade operatives work schedules, ensuring that all operational needs and resident requirements are met.
We operate a hybrid working model with three office-based days at our Havant office and two days working remotely.
