Guinness Property has a new opportunity for a Service Manager to join the London team. This is a full‑time, permanent position.
As the new Service Manager, you will lead and develop the Responsive Repairs team in East London to deliver high‑quality, first‑time‑fix repairs in residents’ homes across the region.
You will manage the team’s productivity, quality of work and progress by undertaking regular inspections of work. You will also manage approved contractor performance and compliance and ensure the relevant resources are in place.
The postcodes covered within your designated patch are EC1R, EC1V, N1, N16, N19, N4, N7 & NW8.
You will primarily be supporting operatives within your designated area, with some administrative duties carried out from our central London office, as well as the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
We are a customer-focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. To thrive in this role, you will have a trade background, strong people-management skills and will enjoy working with residents and other Guinness teams.
