Core Responsibilities
As the Senior Director Consumer Group Kids, you'll lead with vision and creativity. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Strategy & Performance: Develop strategic growth plans for Boys and Girls, aligning with global targets and adapting to market changes.
Portfolio Management: Set the direction for our large kids portfolio to meet diverse consumer and business needs.
Business and Consumer Insights: Rely heavily on data-driven insights to guide decisions and refine strategies for optimal results.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Coordinate cohesive GTM strategies with marketing teams to boost brand visibility.
Cross Franchise Initiatives: Support and synchronize teams on impactful programs like our Girls growth platform "She Built That".
Partner Alignment: Collaborate with leaders and peers to create unified strategies for the Kids consumer groups.
People Leadership: Inspire and develop teams, focusing on talent and collaboration to drive success.
