Then you might be our new Senior Communication Specialist at Abacus Medicine Group.
About the role
You will join our Group Communications team at the Copenhagen headquarters – five colleagues working closely together and with local teams across Europe to support around 1,750 colleagues across the organisation.
In this role you will take a key position as a trusted partner to the business – working closely with leaders to strengthen communication around strategy, change, and day-to-day priorities.
You will combine hands-on execution with strategic development, including strengthening how we work with channels and leadership communication across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities
You will:
Act as a strategic communication partner to leaders, ensuring communication supports business priorities and is clear, relevant, and timely.
Develop and strengthen the overall channel strategy and help evolve our communication channels.
Drive and support change communication initiatives
Strengthen leadership communication
Create and refine engaging content across channels (intranet, video, newsletters, social media)
Drive targeted communication initiatives and campaigns
What you bring
You bring a strong communication toolbox and a solid business understanding as well as:
A degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with corporate internal communication in a larger organisation
Solid experience working closely with and advising senior stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to improve communication channels
Strong storytelling and content creation skills across formats and audiences
Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
Experience with video production, live streaming and town hall formats
A proactive and structured approach – combined with creativity
Experience working with employee insights and surveys – both quantative and qualitative
Excellent written and verbal English skills
