The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Program Manager in delivering a dynamic portfolio of organisation-wide reform initiatives and projects. You will help ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard while playing a hands-on role in planning, coordination, and performance reporting. The position also offers the chance to build strong stakeholder relationships and work closely with consultants, contractors, community members, and internal teams, using clear and professional communication to support successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience
We’re seeking a candidate with relevant tertiary qualifications and some experience, or an equivalent level of practical experience. You will have strong organisational and project management skills and be able to plan and prioritise your work effectively. You communicate clearly and can build positive relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in a public sector environment. You are comfortable working independently and take a proactive approach to achieving project outcomes. You also bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to support organisational reform initiatives.
