Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
- Support onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Handle HR documentation, contracts, and reports
- Assist in payroll coordination and timekeeping concerns
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates; internship experience in HR is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
