Mission of the role:
Support the delivery of an outstanding employee experience across CCV by enabling core people processes, acting as a connector to employees to sense organizational climate, and leveraging people data and insights across talent, organization and culture to inform strategic business decisions.
Main responsibilities:
· Support the employee and temporary worker lifecycle across CCV (hire to retire / onboarding and offboarding).
· Act as a connector to employees across CCV, proactively sensing organizational climate to understand how transformation and change are landing across the business.
· Own people data and insights across CCV, generating benchmark‑driven insights across talent, organization and culture to support informed strategic decision‑making.
· Support execution across our CCV’s strategic people pillars of: Talent at the centre of growth, Thriving Organisation, #1 Culture & Employee Experience, & Capability
· Balance both operational and strategic responsibilities, including operational activities such as purchase orders (POs), while contributing to HR insights and initiatives.
· Lead local benefits administration (insurance policies, long‑service awards, birthdays, People Pass, etc.).
· Support payroll processes where required
· Ensure effective relationship management with HR vendors (benefits, payroll, temporary staffing, external entities).
· Drive process optimization and simplification across HR function
· Manage immigration processes (local and international) for employees based in the Dominican Republic.
· Own internal and external HR audits.
· Act as the local Rewards focal point.
· Coordinate the launch, follow‑up and closure of Your Voice and the Annual Reward Cycle.
