You will lead a high-performing professional services team and work across boundaries to catalyse collaboration, strengthen community partnerships and support mission-oriented, place-based and programmatic research initiatives. You will demonstrate excellent leadership capability, including the ability to guide and develop teams in high-demand environments, manage competing priorities and communicate complex ideas with clarity and influence. Your experience in developing large-scale proposals, business cases or submissions, alongside strong analytical and project management skills, will enable you to support researchers to articulate compelling societal purpose, impact pathways and aligned value propositions.
As part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.
Everyone here has a role to play. As a member of our professional staff cohort, you will be actively involved in working towards our vision of a better world.
