As the Senior Commercial and Growth Manager, you will take ownership of the Qantas Health Insurance portfolio, with a strong focus on partnership management and internal stakeholder engagement.
This is a hands-on commercial role within a lean team, where you will be responsible for driving acquisition and retention initiatives, alongside managing day-to-day partnership performance to ensure strong commercial outcomes and alignment with business objectives.
You will play a key role in influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities to maximise the commercial value of the Health Insurance portfolio and drive sustained performance. A key part of the role will involve scoping, structuring and leading commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring agreements are aligned to business priorities, commercially sound, and deliver long-term value. You will also play a critical role in shaping portfolio strategies and influencing outcomes to support portfolio growth.
