ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is a division focused on advanced access management, delivering end-to-end solutions that combine hardware, software, and services across industries such as hospitality, marine, and critical infrastructure.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted legal advisor to the business, supporting a dynamic and international organization across a broad range of commercial and strategic matters.
You will be part of the divisional legal team and work closely with senior stakeholders across business units and functions, primarily supporting the American market while collaborating with a global legal network. The position offers a broad and hands-on scope, combining day-to-day legal support with involvement in strategic initiatives, including M&A, compliance programs, and risk management.
