GEO 增长专家Beijing、HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Conduct global regional market research, analyze user profiles, consumption habits, traffic channels and competitors to identify regional growth opportunities;
2.Break down regional KPIs based on overall growth goals, and develop end-to-end Geo growth strategies covering user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion and localized operations;
3.Build a regional user growth data system to monitor core metrics including new users, penetration rate, engagement, LTV and CAC, and optimize strategies based on data reviews;
4.Expand and operate high-quality regional traffic channels, improve delivery efficiency, reduce user acquisition costs and enhance user quality;
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive localized feature iteration, campaign planning and copy optimization to adapt to regional user needs;
6.Conduct regional A/B testing and strategy validation, and build replicable regional growth methodologies;
7.Track regional market, policy and competitor dynamics, adjust strategies in a timely manner, mitigate business risks and ensure stable regional growth;
8.Compile regional growth data reports, deliver regular review reports and optimization plans, and drive cross-departmental collaboration.

3、搭建地域用户增长数据体系,监控新增、渗透率、活跃度、LTV、CAC 等核心指标,通过复盘定位瓶颈并优化策略;
4、拓展并运营区域优质流量渠道,优化投放效率,降低获客成本,提升用户质量;
5、协同跨部门团队推进本地化功能迭代、活动策划与文案优化,适配区域用户需求;
6、开展地域 A/B 测试与策略验证,沉淀可复制的地域增长方法论;
7、跟踪市场、政策与竞品动态,及时调整策略,规避业务风险,保障区域业务稳定增长;
8、整理地域增长数据报表,定期输出复盘报告与优化方案,推动跨部门协作落地。Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1-3 years of experience in user growth, regional operations or overseas localized marketing; Geo growth experience in internet products is preferred;
2.Familiar with user growth models (AARRR/RARRA), data-driven mindset, and ability to independently complete data analysis, strategy formulation and execution;
3.Strong market research skills and user insight, with knowledge of regional cultures and user habits preferred;
4.Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Sensors Data, Umeng, GA, etc.) and growth operation tools, able to independently monitor, review and optimize data;
5.Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management skills, able to efficiently coordinate resources and drive projects forward;
6.Overseas business experience preferred; good English reading and writing skills, proficiency in minor languages (Spanish/Portuguese/Arabic, etc.) and familiarity with major overseas platforms and channels are pluses;
7.Proactive, with strong stress tolerance, execution and problem-solving skills, able to quickly adapt to different regional business needs.
8.Bonus:Proven regional growth experience in cross-border e-commerce, social, tools or overseas apps, with successful delivery of regional growth projects that met KPIs.

2、熟悉用户增长模型(AARRR/RARRA),具备数据驱动思维,可独立完成数据分析、策略制定与落地;

4、熟练使用数据分析工具(Excel、SQL、神策、友盟、GA 等)与增长运营工具,可独立完成数据监控、复盘与优化;
5、具备良好的跨部门沟通协作与项目推进能力,可高效对接资源并推动项目落地;
6、有海外业务经验者优先,具备良好英语读写能力,小语种(西语 / 葡语 / 阿语等)、熟悉海外主流平台与渠道者优先;
7、积极主动,抗压能力、执行力与问题解决能力强,可快速适配不同地域业务需求。
