Ad Creative Designer 广告素材设计师Beijing、HangzhouExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1.Design and produce ad creatives for Meta, Google and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and specifications;
2.Own the full video production process: topic selection, material collection, editing, packaging, dubbing and delivery;
3.Track overseas social media and competitor creative trends, explore new ideas, and design targeted creatives for different user groups;
4.Collaborate with the ad team to optimize creatives based on performance data (CTR/CVR/CPA/ROI) and conduct regular reviews of top-performing content;
5.Build reusable creative libraries and SOPs to support AI-powered bulk production; quickly deliver multi-version creatives for A/B testing to validate the best-performing directions.

2、完成视频素材从选题、素材收集、剪辑到包装、配音、交付的全流程制作;
3、跟踪海外社媒与竞品创意趋势,挖掘新创意,为不同用户群体设计针对性素材;
4、与投放团队协作,基于投放数据(CTR/CVR/CPA/ROI)持续优化素材,复盘优质创意;
5、沉淀优质素材内容库与 SOP,支持 AI 素材批量生产;配合 A/B 测试快速产出多版本素材,验证最优创意方向。Qualifications1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in information flow ad creative production; overseas or AI product creative experience preferred;
2.Proficient in design tools including Photoshop, CapCut, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro; skilled in AI image/video generation tools (Gemini, Kling, etc.); familiarity with Figma/Blender is a plus;
3.Strong editing rhythm, packaging skills and audio-visual aesthetics, with a passion for AI creative trends;
4.Understand ad performance metrics, with basic data analysis skills; good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to iterate quickly;
5.Basic English reading ability to access overseas design resources and industry information;
6.Personal portfolio required; plus factors include overseas experience, familiarity with social media/AI trends, and ad creative experience for AI products.
1、本科及以上学历,2 年以上信息流广告素材制作经验,海外 / AI 产品素材经验优先;
2、熟练使用 PS、剪映、AI、AE、PR 等设计工具,掌握 AI 生图生视频工具(Gemini、Kling 等),会 Figma/Blender 者加分;
3、具备优秀的剪辑节奏、包装能力与视听审美,关注 AI 领域创意趋势;
4、理解投放数据指标,有基础数据分析能力,良好沟通协作能力,可快速迭代;
5、具备基础英语阅读能力,可查阅海外设计资源与行业资讯;
