Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue management.
Work with stakeholders to design scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management).
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Conduct process discovery workshops and document current state and future state business processes.
Support configuration of product catalog, price books, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, and product constraints.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions follow best practices and scalable architecture.
Participate in UAT planning, test case creation, and validation of implemented features.
Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
Support data migration, integration requirements, and reporting needs across CRM and ERP systems.
Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support to business users.
