

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Subscriptions & Revenue Management (RMCS) Techno-Functional Consultant to support a Salesforce-to-Oracle integration initiative. The primary objective of this role is to automate subscription creation in Oracle based on upstream transactions from Salesforce.
The consultant will work on integrating Salesforce with Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, ensuring seamless subscription lifecycle processing and compliant revenue recognition.
This role requires strong integration experience along with deep functional understanding of subscription billing and revenue recognition.
Lead design and implementation of integration between Salesforce and Oracle Subscription Management.
Define data mapping between Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders) and Oracle subscription entities.
Work with middleware tools (OIC preferred) to:
Inbound subscription data into Oracle
Validate and transform data
Handle error logging and reconciliation
Configure and manage:
REST/SOAP APIs
FBDI-based subscription imports (if required)
Ensure automated subscription creation triggers downstream revenue contracts in RMCS.
Perform integration testing (SIT/UAT) and resolve data issues.
Document integration architecture and technical specifications.
Configure subscription products, pricing, billing schedules, and contract terms in Oracle.
Ensure subscription data from Salesforce aligns with:
Revenue allocation rules
Performance obligations
SSP configuration
Configure RMCS for:
Revenue contract identification
Contract modifications
Revenue scheduling
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue standards.
Support period-end revenue processing and reconciliation.
Develop and troubleshoot:
Oracle REST APIs
SOAP services
FBDI templates
Support integrations with:
Receivables
General Ledger
Order Management (if applicable)
Perform data validation using SQL and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher). Monitor integration job failures and resolve issues proactively.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Oracle Subscription Management
Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
Solid understanding of subscription lifecycle management.
Experience implementing ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle Fusion.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Opportunities, Quotes, Orders).
Experience with:
REST & SOAP APIs
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
FBDI
Experience handling real-time and batch integrations.
Good SQL skills for reconciliation and debugging.
5+ years Oracle Cloud Financials experience.
At least 1–2 projects involving Salesforce–Oracle integration.
Experience in SaaS / Subscription-based business models.
Oracle Cloud Financials or Revenue Management certification.
