RPA Developer (UiPath Specialist)1
Key Job Responsibilities
- Incident & Problem Management: Provide L2 support for bot failures, technical issues, and functional errors using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Perform deep-dive analysis on failed UiPath processes (REFramework) to identify root causes and implement fixes.
- Orchestrator Management: Monitor, deploy, and manage bot scheduling, assets, and queues.
- Bot Enhancements: Implement minor changes and enhancements to existing automation solutions.
- Environment Support: Assist with infrastructure issues, such as VM connectivity, application access, and credentials.
- Documentation: Update Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and debugging.
- Languages: Knowledge of .NET (C# or VB.NET), Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
- Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is often required or preferred.
- Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
