Join Tasty Fresh Food Co., a proudly Australian business keeping workplaces fed with fresh food daily.

From our Bayswater depot, you’ll be part of the morning crew helping out in our inhouse food production, bakery and/or warehouse, to support and stock our 30 lunch vans that service the local area and surrounding suburbs.

Experience in Bakery/pie making preferred but not essential.

Forklift licence highly regarded.

💰 What’s on Offer

• $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+)
• Monday to Friday rotating roster, shifts between 4am - 12pm (midday)
• 3–5 shifts per week, 5-8 hours per shift, potential to work approx. 25-35 hours per week - reliability and consistency recognised

🧊 About the Role

Depending on the day and what is needed, you’ll help keep our food and/or bakery production on track and/or warehouse running smoothly. Your day would likely start in the warehouse and then transition to food/bakery production. Variety is the spice of life and that is what you get in this exciting opportunity!

Typical duties include:

• Prepare, portion, process food products
• Follow recipes and methods and work instructions
• Make sure our quality is up to standards accurately
• Receive and store stock where required
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

About the role

• Some work may occur in cold storage areas

👷‍♀️ About You

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
• Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg, bend, stretch, and move freely
• Positive attitude, like to have fun, initiative, and attention to detail
• Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
• Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Full Australian work rights and a driver licence with reliable transport (required due to early starts)
• Food production and/or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
