Description
Join Nayax, a leading global fintech innovator (NASDAQ; TASE: NYAX) that is revolutionizing cashless payments, consumer engagement, and business management solutions. With over 1,200 employees across 12 offices worldwide, Nayax offers a diverse and dynamic environment where your work directly impacts the future of global commerce. We foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for a People Analytics & HR Tech Specialist to join our team. As a key function within the HR organization, this role is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing HR systems and processes. The People Analytics & HR Tech Specialist serves as a bridge between HR, data, and technology—owning the HR systems landscape while building analytics capabilities that empower the People team and business leaders.
In this role, you will lead the development of HR analytics, oversee HR systems (HRIS), and support cross-organizational initiatives that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience. You will play a critical role in shaping scalable HR processes, enabling better workforce insights, and supporting strategic planning across the company.
A strong focus of this role is leading HR automation and AI adoption — from building smart workflows and bots that eliminate manual work, to identifying and implementing AI-powered tools that transform the way our People team operates. We're looking for someone who doesn't just use technology but actively drives innovation — staying ahead of emerging AI trends and turning them into practical, high-impact HR solutions.
The role will report directly to the Global Director of C&B, HRIS and Analytics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
People Analytics
- Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation, and engagement.
- Conduct ad-hoc and recurring workforce analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., workforce planning, D&I metrics, performance trends).
- Partner with HRBPs and senior leadership to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Define and track HR KPIs and OKRs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and storytelling.
- Support compensation benchmarking and survey processes (e.g., Zviran & Mercer) through data preparation and analysis.
HR Technology & Systems
- Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for core HR platforms (Oracle HRIS, Bonusly, Comeet).
- Lead HR tech implementations, enhancements, and integrations in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
- Evaluate and introduce new HR technology solutions aligned with business needs.
- Drive adoption of HR systems through user training and clear documentation.
- Build and automate HR processes using bots and workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate).
- Identify and implement AI tools that improve HR efficiency and decision-making.
- Create automated data pipelines for reporting, collection, and alerts.
HRIS Administration & Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal) on data integration and reporting needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for HRIS-related queries, providing timely and accurate support to the HR team, managers, and employees.
- Maintain and update employee data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Manage system access, roles, and permissions in line with security and privacy policies.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and absence processes from a systems perspective.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:

- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - a strong advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics or HRIS roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business, or a related field
