People Services Associate Advisor (Fixed-term)

Pay Range: €38,500 - €40,000

The role:

As a People Services Associate Advisor, you will help drive our goals by:

• Working with People Business Partners, local People Services Associate Advisors and Centres of Expertise to ensure smooth and consistent HR processes

• Serving as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing clear guidance on policy interpretation

• Supporting key HR areas such as payroll, Workday administration, performance management and absence management, escalating cases when needed

• Preparing/reviewing employee documentation as well as resolving individual employee queries on employment matters, terms and conditions, policies and best practice

• Delivering timely, reliable support to ensure consistent application of HR policies

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in the HR field, ideally within HR administration, operations or services role. A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation and work confidently across multiple geographies and cultures.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, particularly Excel.

• Tech‑savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools. Experience with Workday and case management systems is a strong plus.

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

• Comfortable managing a broad variety of tasks with adaptability and professionalism.

• Comfortable working a 10:00 – 19:00 shift pattern.
