

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent will provide all necessary help and support to passengers which may include check in, baggage processing, reservations, ticketing, boarding of flights, greeting arriving passengers, provide special passenger assistance, and handle customer complaints.

MAIN DUTIES:
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Deal with passenger enquiries about flight departures and arrivals at RLBIA
· Check-in passengers
· Inspect and verify passenger documentation
· Enter customer data into a computerized reservations system.
· Providing boarding passes and luggage labels
· Telling passengers about luggage restrictions
· Direct passengers through Customs and Immigration
· Weighing baggage and collecting any excess weight charges
· Assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied children
· Calming and reassuring nervous passengers and handle customers complaints
· Maintain the highest standards of safety and security at all times
· Other duties assigned
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility. · May have normal exposure to humidity, dust, noise and fumes. · The noise level may be loud. · May be required to lift items weighing more than 20 poundsSKILLS:
