Ramp Attendant

Job Summary:

Provides the day-to-day loading and unloading of cargo to and from Aircraft.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Loading and off-loading baggage
• Moves cargo and bags to and from the aircraft
• Any other duties assigned by Management

SKILLS:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong spoken communication skills

· A polite and professional approach

· The ability to solve problems

Requirements

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENT:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience

• Applicant must possess High School level proficiency education
• Continuous Ramp Agent training
• Pleasant and polite with Excellent Customer Service Skills
