You’re a skilled communicator who enjoys collaborating with others.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
Develop traffic and transport management plans for major event bus operations (e.g. NYE, City2Surf, Vivid, events at Sydney Olympic Park), including incident management across the transport network, and support live operations within the operations centres.
This role will see you work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning, develop and coordinate multi‑modal traffic and transport management plans, and prepare briefings and reports aligned with agency requirements.
You will lead multi‑modal traffic and transport planning and incident response outcomes in a complex, time‑critical operational environment requiring coordination across multiple transport modes, agencies and stakeholders.

Your transport planning, traffic management and analytical skills formed across multi‑modal transport networks, traffic engineering, operations or incident response roles will see you excel in developing fit‑for‑purpose operational and incident response plans that achieve effective customer and network outcomes.
You’re recognised as a collaborative transport operations planning professional, skilled at developing and coordinating operational traffic and transport management plans. You're experienced in multi‑modal transport operations, traffic and transport management, stakeholder engagement and project-based planning.
You hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and you’re willing to work outside normal hours and undertake travel to meet business requirements.
