To support our continued growth, we are looking for a collaborative, culture-driven leader to step in and oversee our remarketing and title management operations. This isn’t just a role about managing workflows and third-party vendors; it’s an opportunity to coach an incredible team, drive major process efficiencies, and directly impact our operational bottom line. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and deploy compliant processes for remarketing, servicing, compliance, leasing, title management, and related servicing processes.
- Third party inspectors, auction vendors, remarketing groups, and collateral management suppliers.
- Develop effectiveness reporting of the teams and processes overseen as well as market conditions and communicate results effectively and regularly with senior internal stakeholders.
- Assist internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of strategic business objectives.
- Develop capacity and staff requirements for overseen servicing areas and monitor daily processes to ensure department and company objectives are met.
- Work with the legal team to ensure contracts, policies, and procedures are correct.
- Monitor team and individual performance, deliver regular coaching, and own team and employee development.
- Review timecards and PTO requests on a regular frequency.
- Cultivate a strong culture in line with company values across several servicing teams.
- Design and implement process efficiencies related to remarketing and title management, including process documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training opportunities to enhance and ensure high levels of service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a leadership/supervisory role within auto finance servicing; preferably in Remarketing and/or Title Management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of.
- Proficient in MS Office and WEB based tools.
- Auto lender asset remarketing, retail/lease, default/non-default auction-related experience, or title management experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills interpersonal, verbal and written with the goal of influencing outcome.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and objectively coach associates and manage complex issues in order to meet/exceed company objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate options, and develop servicing solutions.
- High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required.
- Ability to exercise discretion and judgement in line with company initiatives and values.
