May 20, 2026Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment support for investment and other specialized roles.
Lead full-cycle recruitment across a range of investment functions, managing multiple searches while ensuring a high-quality hiring process.
Work closely with hiring leaders to define role requirements, understand team needs, and develop targeted search strategies aligned to market conditions.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for investment-related positions, providing informed recommendations and market perspective to hiring leaders.
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top investment talent, including passive candidates and pipelines for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other research and sourcing tools to map talent markets, build target company lists, and develop strong candidate pipelines.
Manage and coordinate interview processes, including structured, panel, virtual, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Maintain consistent, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a strong and professional candidate experience.
Provide hiring leaders with regular updates on search progress, candidate quality, market activity, and competitive talent trends within the investment space.
Maintain accurate recruitment activity and data in Workday, supporting reporting, process discipline, and compliance.
Stay current on trends in investment talent, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to continuously strengthen hiring outcomes and support the organization’s employer brand.
10+ years of proven success recruiting investment talent, ideally within institutional investment environments such as pension funds, asset managers, or similar organizations.
Experience supporting senior leader and executive searches preferred.
Ability to manage a high-volume requisition portfolio while maintaining quality and strong stakeholder relationships.
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelining, and direct search.
Experience in an in-house talent acquisition function within a complex, fast-paced organization.
Proficiency in Workday would be advantageous
Strong interviewing skills across phone, virtual, panel, structured, and in-person formats.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
