This role supports the Licensing Sales Manager in delivering long-term and annual strategies across the category, contributing to overall commercial growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying new licensing opportunities, coordinating campaigns and cross-functional projects, and supporting the delivery of category initiatives. With a focus on creativity and commercial awareness, you’ll help shape product development using insights from digital, social and retail trends, while staying responsive to market opportunities and supporting the identification of new partners.
This is an office‑based position requiring four days per week in the London (Hammersmith) office, with the option to work from home one day per week (Monday or Friday).

What You Will Do
With direction from the Licensing Sales Manager, support the implementation of long-term strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support the Licensing Sales Manager with the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting, including developing supplier (licensee) objectives and strategies. Partner with markets, consumer groups, category teams, franchise, marketing, product development and finance to drive growth.
Act as project coordinator for key cross-franchise seasonal campaigns, working with franchise development, marketing teams and licensee brand teams. Ensure product images and assets are available and align with brand guidelines.
Support the creation of category briefs, pitch materials and retail campaign ideas, ensuring all decks and materials meet brand standards.
Build and maintain relationships with EMEA accounts, both new and existing.
Support contract administration and key account activity, ensuring relevant stakeholders (global, EMEA and local) are kept informed.
Work closely with creative teams on product development and with marketing teams to support product sell-in as required by licensees/retailers.
Communicate the International Labour Standards (ILS) process, acting as the link between suppliers and the TWDC ILS team as directed.
Support the execution of new business development pitches and contribute to research projects focused on identifying scalable opportunities.
Coordinate and actively contribute to market meetings.
Build strong relationships with Disney market teams, sharing strategy and franchise updates while understanding and addressing local market needs. Use these relationships to share best practice.
Take ownership of professional development through regular career conversations and use of available learning resources (e.g. online learning, instructor-led courses, on-the-job learning).

What You Will Bring
Degree-level education in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in consumer products commercialization is beneficial.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.
Experience supporting change initiatives and working cross-functionally.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations to support business targets.
Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to apply commercial insight and translate industry trends into opportunities.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident communicator with influencing skills and the ability to achieve buy-in at all levels.
Good understanding of digital, social and retail marketing environments.
Cultural awareness, with an understanding of local markets across EMEA.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools (including Keynote).
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Additional Information
Some UK, European, or international travel may be required.
