About the Leadership Trainee Programme
Eaton HK, a member of Langham Hospitality Group, is offering a Leadership Trainee Programme designed to cultivate emerging talent and develop future leaders for the hotel group. The programme is intended for young, motivated individuals with strong potential and a genuine aspiration to build a career in hospitality.
This programme aims to:
This 18-month programme includes structured on-the-job training across different sections of the F&B department. Trainees will also be assigned special projects and receive mentoring from a senior executive. The programme concludes with a two-week overseas hotel operations exposure, during which trainees will shadow an assistant manager and gain practical learning experience. A supervisory position will be offered to candidates who successfully complete the programme.
Trainees will rotate through a structured development plan of 18 months covering on-the-job training across different sections within the F&B department. Special projects will also be assigned with mentoring support from a senior executive. The training will be round up with an 2 weeks overseas hotel operation exposure shadowing as an Assistant Manager to learn from. A supervisory role will be offered to the candidate who can satisfactorily completed the traning.
