JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and back-of-house facilities
- Inspect furniture, fixtures, doors, cabinetry, and wooden structures; identify defects and carry out timely repairs
- Execute preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of wooden assets
- Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations
- Supervise and guide junior technicians or contractors when required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies
- Maintain proper inventory of carpentry tools, materials, and spare parts
- Shift duty is required in case of special assignments
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant carpentry experience, preferably in hotels or large facilities
- Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
- Formal training or certification in carpentry or related trade is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs
- Good command of Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin

- 熟悉木工工具、物料及維修技術
- 能獨立工作並處理緊急維修
- 精通粵語,具備基本英語及普通話能力
