JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out painting, varnishing, polishing, and touch-up work in guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and facilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Ensure color consistency and quality finishes in accordance with hotel standards
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of painted surfaces
- Handle minor repairs such as plastering and wall finishing
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good condition
- Follow safety procedures, especially when working at heights or using chemicals
- Coordinate work schedules with other departments to minimize guest disturbance
- Shift duty is required in case of special assignments
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
- Minimum 2 years of painting experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial buildings
- Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
- Good command of Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin

相關經驗及資歷要求
- 具至少兩年油漆工作經驗，曾於酒店或商業樓宇工作者優先
- 持有建造業強制性基本安全訓練證明書(平安咭)
- 熟悉油漆技術、物料及表面處理方法
- 注重細節並具高質素工作要求
- 能在少量監督下獨立及高效完成工作
- 精通粵語，具備基本英語及普通話能力
