O’Brien is embarking on a major enterprise transformation — modernising systems, processes, and ways of working across the business.
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring this transformation is not just delivered — but adopted, embedded, and sustained.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Program Change, you’ll work at the heart of the program, partnering with senior leaders and delivery teams to turn complex change into practical, people-first outcomes that drive real business impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Enterprise Change Strategy & Delivery
- Lead and execute end-to-end change strategies aligned to the PhO’enix program roadmap
- Assess impacts across frontline, operational, and corporate teams
- Embed structured frameworks (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) to drive adoption and sustainability
- Ensure change is fully integrated into program governance and delivery rhythms
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Partner with Executive, Senior and Frontline Leaders to drive ownership of change
- Build strong relationships across Operations, Technology, and People & Culture
- Manage resistance and drive engagement through targeted interventions and coaching
- Influence without authority in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Communication & Enablement
- Deliver clear, compelling change and communication plans across the organisation
- Equip leaders with the tools, messaging, and confidence to lead their teams through change
- Partner with training teams to ensure effective learning and readiness delivery
Adoption & Business Readiness
- Track and report on change adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics
- Conduct readiness assessments and implement feedback loops to improve outcomes
- Identify risks early and take proactive action to keep adoption on track
People, Capability & Culture
- Align change initiatives with capability uplift, role design, and workforce planning
- Coach leaders to strengthen change leadership capability
- Contribute to building enterprise-wide change maturity at O’Brien
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on large-scale transformation programs
- Strong expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG, etc.)
- Experience delivering change across technology, systems, and process transformations (ERP/CRM)
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, complex, and evolving environments
Desirable
- Experience in field-based, operational, or customer-centric organisations
- Exposure to enterprise system implementations or core platform modernisation
- Background in building change capability or centres of excellence
- Coaching or leadership development accreditation
