Our Customer Service & Administration Team is the first point of contact for our customers, and we’re looking for an experienced, confident professional who can step in and make an impact from day one.
As a key member of our Shepparton Service Centre, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth running of daily operations. Your day will include:
Providing friendly, professional face‑to‑face service at reception
Greeting customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Supporting the Branch Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Keeping customers informed about delivery lead times
Conducting basic repair inspections on vehicles
Identifying customer needs and educating them on our full range of services
Issuing invoices and raising job authorities
Scheduling repair bookings and managing workflow
Resolving customer concerns and following up on outstanding queries
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

A current driver’s licence (essential)
