What’s the role?
Join our GTS and Payments team within WIB Technology, playing a critical role in keeping Australia’s domestic payments moving safely and reliably. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a hybrid working model that supports flexibility and connection.
You’ll lead and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Quality Engineering practices by embedding quality into large‑scale domestic payments platforms that support OSKO, PayID, and PayTo—systems that sit at the core of the nation’s payments infrastructure, where quality truly matters. across the Domestic Payments program.
Additionally, you’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy automation‑first thinking, working with complex vendor‑supplied systems, and exploring smarter testing approaches such as contract testing and AI‑assisted quality engineering. Partnering closely with engineers, product owners, and delivery partners, you’ll influence quality from design through to release.
This role is ideal if you enjoy leading through influence, mentoring others and lifting capability across teams. You’ll challenge the status quo, bring clarity to complex problems and help create better outcomes for our customers and our people.
