The more you sell, the more you earn!
Full-time | Based in Tallinn, Estonia
Do you speak Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish and love the idea of turning great conversations into sales? Then this could be your perfect match.
We’re looking for Travel Consultants to join our team in Tallinn Estonia, who enjoy selling experiences, not just answering calls. At Hurtigruten Estonia, you’ll help guests plan once-in-a-lifetime adventures — and get rewarded for every success.
What You’ll Do
- Sell with purpose: inspire travelers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect voyage
- Engage, don’t push: we don’t do cold calls; our guests already want to travel with us, your job is to make their dream trip a reality
- Deliver top service: every guest should feel valued, from first call to final booking
- Reach and exceed targets: your results directly grow your monthly bonus
- Stay curious: learn our products, destinations, and systems so you can offer real expertise
- Collaborate: work with a supportive international team that shares ideas and celebrates wins together
What You Bring
- You speak Norwegian or Swedish fluently (C1+ level), with strong comprehension of Norwegian and Swedish. Danish skills are an advantage
- You enjoy sales and get energy from helping people decide and take action
- You’re confident in both phone and email communication
- You have experience in travel, tourism, or sales – or a natural talent for connecting with people
- You’re goal-driven, adaptable, and stay calm even when things get busy
- You’re positive, open-minded, and love learning about new destinations
What You Get
- Base salary: from €2,200/month (full-time) + monthly bonuses – the better you perform, the more you earn!
- Flexibility: Full-time (40h/week). Part-time (50% or 75%) becomes possible after your first 3 months of training and onboarding.
- Hybrid work: Remote work possible after onboarding (for those living outside Tallinn in Estonia, no remote options available outside of Estonia).
- Extra time off: 28 vacation days + 6 extra paid days each year.
- Health & wellness: Choose sports compensation or extra health insurance.
- Travel perks: Amazing staff discounts on Hurtigruten voyages.
- Growth: Support for language learning and professional development.
- Office perks: Brand new office in new building. Free coffee & tea, and fun team events like Summer Days or Christmas parties.
- International vibes: Work with 200+ colleagues from over 40 countries.
