DCT
This role is within Digital Capabilities & Technology (DCT), Tele2’s technology organization and the foundation behind our products and services. DCT enables our commercial ambitions by building reliable, scalable and secure digital solutions that simplify and modernize the telecom industry. Within DCT, you’ll work across a broad technology landscape – from core infrastructure and IT platforms to analytics, AI and frontend development. We support both Consumer and Enterprise businesses, as well as our colleagues across Tele2, by delivering high-quality technology and stable services that create real value for our customers.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Strategic Network Optimization: Lead your team in identifying and executing optimization opportunities. This includes implementing forward-thinking technology like wavelength multiplexing in early lifecycle stages and using data analysis to streamline network assets and customer moves.
- Commercial Leadership & Supplier Management: Own our crucial relationships with leased line vendors and other network suppliers. This involves supporting your supplier managers in price and contract negotiations, drive supplier performance, and you will serve as the ultimate escalation point for the organization, ensuring our partnerships deliver maximum value.
- Financial Guardianship: Master the financial heartbeat of your domain. You will be responsible for our cost analysts who perform the review and validation of complex invoices to ensure every krona is accounted for. You will also be accountable and responsible for budget and forecasting.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, coach, and develop your team of experts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, working closely with network planning, operations, finance, procurement and other business units to align on strategy and execute flawlessly.
- Support the AI and Automation adaptation, use analytics to become data driven in strategy, design and planning
