About TOTEME
TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.
TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a Department Manager to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for leading your department with a strong focus on sales performance, and exceptional client experience. You will report to the Store Manager and work directly with the Retail and Merchandising teams.
Responsibilities
Develop the department to deliver strong commercial performance and exceptional client experience.
Drive sales through excellent service, styling expertise, and relationship building with clients.
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve results and client engagement.
Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor and lead by example in all client interactions.
Coach and support the team through regular training on product knowledge, styling, and service standards.
Partner closely with the Store Manager and Office teams to share product and client feedback.
Ensure visual merchandising is executed according to brand standards and supports the customer experience.
Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation within the department.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in luxury retail.
Strong understanding of client service, sales performance, and luxury retail operations.
Experienced in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
An understanding of visual merchandising and stock management.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s Biblioteksgatan Store with an immediate start.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
