About the Role:
You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll support contract lifecycle management, maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and help resolve issues. The role also involves guiding stakeholders on contract risks, improving templates and processes, and partnering with our Legal team to finalise agreements.
We are seeking one (1) candidate to fill this position, who can be based at any of our branches in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, or Brisbane.

Desirable:
Experience in the Rental, Mining, Construction or Heavy industries.
Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
