Are you a proactive, organised and customer‑focused professional looking to take the next step in your housing career?
We’re looking for a Voids and Lettings Officer to join our team, playing a key role in reducing re‑let times and helping residents move into homes quickly and smoothly. This is a hands‑on, front‑facing role where no two days are the same — from working directly with tenants to coordinating repairs and preparing properties for new occupants.
You will also take on a leadership role, managing a small team and driving performance to improve tenant visits and turnaround times.
