- Manage business and distribution for Business Banking (self employed) LAP for respective Zone - India.
- Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.
- Managing front line sales (RSM>SM/ASM) for driving business.
- Managing key/strategic relation like Corporate DSAs etc. and other channels like Branch for creating lead funnel.
- Eventually managing entire LAP for Respective Zone as Zonal Sales Manager and reporting to National Sales Manager.
- As Zonal Sales Manager for LAP, he will drive growth by developing and executing business plans, scaling volume and ensuring profitability.
- Role includes enhancing channel sales and support functions, preparing detailed P&L and budget inputs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- He will work with credit, operations and risk management to refine policies, recruit and develop the sales team and set performance metrics.
- Additionally, will manage portfolio quality, profitability, cross-sell and upsell opportunities and oversee collections to maintain high productivity and financial health.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Preferred: MBA

Max Exp: 20 years
