Role Purpose
Responsible for conducting Zonal monitoring audits across sales sites to identify & check the effectiveness of Process & Infosec controls.
Role Accountability
- Conduct Zonal monitoring audits for aligned geography and channel as per the Approved Audit plan
- Conduct Zonal monitoring as per the guidelines defined in Audit Check List to ensure quality and comprehensiveness
- Manage Audit conducted around areas such as Statutory & Regulatory Norms, (Shops & Establishment Act, Fire NOC, GST, Occupancy Certificate, PF, ESI Acts, etc), IT Security Aspects (USB Disablement, Bluetooth, Security Patches, Printer Access, Antivirus Update, Firewall etc)
- Prepare audit reports basis the compliance check at sites and discuss and seek approval for release
- Prepare and publish a Monthly dashboard of compliance status with the Location Monitoring Lead and recommend corrective actions to Process owners for audit observations
- Prepare and publish the Monthly dashboard for the Action completion status with the Location Monitoring Lead
- Present periodic & timely updates with the Location Monitoring Lead on key metrics regarding process compliance
- Ensure the functional processes are documented with the help of BPM Team and are signed off by stakeholders and functional process documents are updated to keep these relevant and recent at all times
- Drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives discussions with the Location Monitoring Lead and Stakeholders
- Review of Rebuttal declaration from the Sales Team and Identify checkpoints needed to validate the Rebuttal
- Collate inputs/evidence available with the ASM / Sales team to support the Rebuttals, conduct validations and share Validation results
- Handle Queries from sales/stakeholders for validation rejection
- Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success
- Timely and Accurate Completion of audits as per defined plan
- Quality of Audits completed
- Timely and accurate publishing of the Compliance status and action closure
- Timely and accurate publishing of MIS / Business dashboard
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Experience around Audit Process
- Knowledge of Audit process around Field processes and centralized processes
- Understanding of Credit Card Sales & Operations process and compliance requirements
- Expertise in MS office tools
- Experience in sales processes and in Field Audit related activities will be an advantage
