Agile Facilitation & Coaching
- Scrum Mastery: Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for one or more squads.
- Delivery Excellence: Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and shield the team from outside interference to maintain a high velocity.
- Continuous Improvement: Use Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts, Cycle Time) to coach the team toward higher performance and predictability.
- Agile Advocacy: Promote Agile values and principles across the organization, helping non-technical stakeholders understand the iterative delivery process.
Business Analytics & Requirements
- Data-Driven Backlog: Partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog using business analytics to justify priority and value.
- Requirement Analysis: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria.
- Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards and reports to track product health, user engagement, and ROI of delivered features.
- Process Optimization: Identify business process gaps through data analysis and suggest technical or procedural improvements.
Technical & Professional Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Lead role.
- Analytical Background: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Tooling Mastery: High proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Frameworks: Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand architectural discussions and technical constraints (APIs, Cloud, Databases) to better facilitate team planning.
Certifications
- Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II).
- Preferred: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA.
- Plus: SAFe Agilist (SA) or Advanced CSM (A-CSM).
