About the role:
- The role is responsible for leading the Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives for ATCB in collaboration with the Global BE team. This position will drive continuous improvement programs, ensure compliance with quality standards, and lead customer and certification audits to support operational excellence and business objectives.
What you will do:
- Champion and lead the Lean Six Sigma program for ATCB in partnership with the Global BE team to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee the deployment, training, and application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality performance.
- Serve as the Head of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry and customer quality standards.
- Lead and manage customer visits, customer audits, and certification audits.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement quality and process improvement projects aligned with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to Quality System requirements such as IATF, VDA, ISO, and Automotive Core Tools including FMEA and SPC.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE), or a related technical field.
- At least 15 years of experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Proven experience in driving Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma programs.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including training, application, and program deployment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) or Black Belt (BB) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of Quality System requirements such as IATF, VDA, ISO, and Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, etc.).
- Experience in handling audit functions, customer audits, and certification audits.
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
