Digital Marketing Execution
1. Develop localized digital marketing strategies based on Philippine media landscape; manage Facebook and local social channels, ad placement, content optimization and data-driven strategy iteration. Utilize AI tools to boost operational efficiency.
2. Create localized short video & graphic content (planning, shooting, editing and copywriting) aligned with local aesthetics and culture.
Online & Offline Event Management
1. Plan and execute local test drive events, sales promotions and auto shows; full-cycle ownership of proposal, budget, execution and post-review, align internal & external resources to meet KPIs.
2. Build online lead funnel: DM inquiry, form filling, lead capture, test drive booking and online order flow; drive conversion with offline dealership teams.
Marketing Synergy & Performance Review
1. Align with overall marketing roadmap, synergize digital campaigns and offline activities; set up performance evaluation system and cooperate with Brand & PR for integrated communication.
2. Monitor and benchmark competitors including BYD, local mainstream automakers and EV brands; provide insight for strategy iteration.
3. Manage social media sentiment, comment interaction and brand reputation maintenance; sustain positive brand voice.
4. Conduct weekly/monthly data review on exposure, engagement, clicks, leads, conversion and ad ROI, deliver actionable optimization plans.
5. Liaise with China headquarters, align brand guidelines and global campaigns, and implement localized adaptation in Philippines.
Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or related.
2. 5+ years marketing experience, minimum 2 years in automotive / new energy vehicle industry; proven successful cases in brand promotion and market operation. Solid background in digital marketing, social media and ad placement; 3. Southeast Asia market experience and crisis PR experience are preferred.
4. Able to independently formulate local brand strategy, annual marketing plan and GTM launch strategy for NEV business.
5. Experienced in full-lifecycle operation of brand campaigns, new car launch, auto show, offline events, social ads and KOL cooperation.
6. Strong market analysis, planning and execution capability; proficient in marketing data analysis, ROI review and lead conversion optimization.
7. Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills; able to lead teams, collaborate with HQ and local stakeholders, adapt to emerging market pace.
8. Business-level English proficiency; familiar with AI tools and Philippine market rules is a plus.
Willing to work long-term in Philippines or take business trips; high resilience under pressure with innovative mindset.
