Summary
We are currently seeking a Head of Demand Generation – Asia Pacific to work within our Global Demand Generation Team. The person in this role will act as a liaison between Marketing and the regional sales team to build alignment and achieve regional business goals and revenue targets. The Head of Demand Generation – APAC will create and execute marketing plans to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation.

The responsibilities of the role include:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management and leadership abilities. Key responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Sr. Director Global Demand Generation to manage and execute the regional Demand Generation Marketing Plan
- Experience managing regional demand generation marketing programs
- Partner with APAC sales management to support our business and sales goals
- Achieve clear, measurable KPIs which ensure our field marketing activities deliver on expected goals
- Analyze lead flow and contribution to revenue, and evaluate ROI against all Demand Generation programs
- Manage key regional events (in-person and virtual) each quarter. The person in this role is responsible for driving attendance to these events through a variety of marketing vehicles, and to optimize outcomes from these events through pre, on-site, and post event strategies.
- Drive Regional Marketing Programs to support lead gen, prospecting, pipeline and revenue generation programs
- Drive pipeline growth by developing an annual marketing plan based on approved budgets including recommendations for industry specific regional activities, local sponsorships, conferences/trade shows, advertising, digital marketing and syndication programs, email marketing, local events, participation in local business or trade associations, account-based marketing demand generation and content needs that will drive business results for the region.
- Execute on marketing campaigns from Global Marketing within the region.
- Collaborate with senior Smart Communications Sales professionals in the respective region to identify business goals and maximize the impact of local marketing activities.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills to create and execute campaigns that engage target prospects and bring them into and through the sales funnel through creative email and web-based tactics.

- 8+ years of experience in technology marketing
- 4+ years of field marketing/demand generation experience
- Willingness to travel
- BS degree required
