Summary
The TA Coordinator reports to the Manager TA – MFG . This role contributes to the overall day to day operational effectiveness, supporting the Talent Acquisition and Talent & Development teams. You will focus on delivering exceptional services to the business and contributing to strategic initiatives. As a TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for effective and engaging communication among Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders in order to provide efficient operational support and a positive candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative and Recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Team for all internal talent acquisitionrelated activities in North America.
- Create and manage all internal job postings for Home Office and Manufacturing sites.
- Assist with report generation for all recruitment related activities for internal talent on a monthly, quarterly, and as required basis with coordination between the Talent Acquisition team and Talent & Development teams whenrequired.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the internal job posting processes and guidelines.
- Manage the Referral process, including maintaining the referral inbox and tracker.
- Assist in the management of the internal transfer process.
- Maintain job descriptions for Quality audits.
- Assist in the completion of Government surveys related to recruitment and hiring.
- Assist with recruitment of external candidates as required.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department and/or organization.
- Completion of other assignments and projects as required.
Required Experience :
- One year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.
- Previous experience working with an ATS system (ICIMS preferred)
- Driven to take initiative, coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
